Notice Under the Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(2A) (As Amended)
Land at East Pentire Headland, Newquay, TR7 1PD
1 Land is held as open space at Land at East Pentire Headland, Newquay by Cornwall Council.
2 Notice is hereby given for the first time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to transfer of Land at East Pentire Headland, Newquay to Cornwall Heritage Trust.
3 A copy of a plan showing the land is available on request from the address below.
4 Any objection or representation in respect of the transfer of the land must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 28/05/2025.
