What is happening?

SOMERSET COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A) NOTICE
Land in Yeovil, Somerset

Notice is hereby given that Somerset Council intends to dispose of the freehold interest in the open/green spaces in Yeovil to Yeovil Town Council.

The consideration for the transfers will be maintenance for the Public Benefit.

A list of the open/green spaces and site plans can be viewed at https://somerset.gov.uk/public-notices.

Representations in respect of the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Property Governance, Property Team, Somerset Council, County Hall, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 4DY or emailed to propertygovernance@somerset.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on 23rd May 2025
