What is happening?

IPSWICH BOROUGH COUNCIL

STANDS FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE

Ipswich Borough Council pursuant to powers contained in Section 63(1) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 intends to disestablish the following stand for hackney carriages for part of a day in the administrative area of Ipswich.

Description of the Stand

Princes Street, Ipswich

Hours disestablished

midnight to 4.00 am Daily

A copy of this notice has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Reception Desk at the Council Offices, Grafton House, 15–17 Russell Road, Ipswich between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm Mondays to Fridays.

Anyone wishing to object to the disestablishment of this stand may do so by writing within 28 days of the date of publication of this Notice to the undersigned at Grafton House, 15–17 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DE.
