Stanmore, Proposed Lease For Charity-Operated Café And Office

Notice Under Section 123 (2A)

Local Government Act 1972 (as amended)

Café & Changing Room premises, Stanmore Recreation Ground, Stanmore Hill, Stanmore HA7 3BJ

1. The Café and Changing Room premises forming part of open space land at Stanmore Recreation Ground are all freehold land held by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Harrow (“the Council”).

2. Proposed Occupier will be using the premises as a Disability led charity running the property as Café and Office.

3. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to grant one lease for both properties.

4. Copies of the plans showing the properties can be found on the Council’s website. Hard copies are also available for inspection by prior appointment at Greenhill Library, Greenhill Library Perceval Square, College Rd, Harrow HA1 1GX between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 5. Any objection or representation in respect of the Council’s proposed disposal of the properties must be made in writing to Hiren.Malkan@harrow.gov.uk or Antonio.Fernandes@harrow.gov.uk
