Saw Mills End, Gloucester - Intends To Dispose of Open Space Land

Land at Saw Mills End, Gloucester
Notice is hereby given that Gloucester City Council intends to dispose of land having an area of approximately 1.04 hectares being land at Saw Mills End, Gloucester which forms part of a public open space.
The land will be leased for a term ending on 1 June 2040 for the purpose of a sports pitch, pavilion and ancillary car parking.
Plans identifying the land can be requested from Melloney. Smith@Gloucester.gov.uk
Any person wishing to object to the intended disposal should do so in writing to Melloney Smith, Gloucester City Council, North Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester, GL1 2EP below specifying the grounds on which their objection is made by not later than 9.00am on 15 May 2025.
Any objections received will be referred to the Council’s Cabinet for consideration before it makes its decision whether or not to proceed with the disposal.
