WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR

THE COUNTY OF WORCESTERSHIRE

ADDITION OF CORRECT ROUTE OF FOOTPATH FH-624,

DELETION OF INCORRECT ROUTE OF FOOTPATH FH-624

IN THE PARISH OF FECKENHAM AND CORRECTION

OF PARTICULARS – MODIFICATION ORDER 2025 (2)

The above Order, made on 10 April 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the correct route of footpath FH-624 (formerly No.108) leading from Swansbrook Lane to the unnamed road leading from Astwood Lane towards Swansbrook and deleting the footpath from Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SP 0113 6180 in a generally NE direction for 8 metres (m), then N for 39 m and ENE for 127 m to a point on Swansbrook Lane (County Road U30008) at OSGR SP 0127 6186. A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Woodrow Library, 25 Local Centre, Studley Road, Redditch B98 7RY, during normal opening hours. Any representations or objection relating to the order may be sent in writing to the Mapping Manager, Public Rights of Way Mapping Team, The Countryside Centre, Worcester Woods Country Park, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2LG or countryside@worcestershire.gov.uk not later than 20 June 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with it.
