THE PLANNING (HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES) REGULATIONS 2015

NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 5 0F AN APPLICATION FOR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES CONSENT.

I give notice that Stamford Storage Ltd is applying to Rutland County Council for Hazardous Substances Consent at Stamford Storage, Meadow Park Industrial Estate, Essendine, PE9 4LT.

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application on the Essendine Parish Council Notice Board located on the site of the bus shelter at the Village Hall, Bourne Road, Essendine.

Anyone who wishes to make representations on the application should write to or email the Planning Department, Rutland County Council, Catmose, Oakham, LE15 6HP.
