What is happening?
MAIDSTONE BOROUGH COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Maidstone Borough Council proposes to grant a lease of an area of open space measuring approximately 400m2 at Penenden Heath.

property@maidstone.gov.uk or by writing to the office of the Director of Finance and Resources at Maidstone Borough Council, Maidstone House,
King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6JQ. A plan can be requested and will be submitted electronically.
Objections to this proposal should be sent in
writing to the Director of Finance and Resources
at the above address or by email to
property@maidstone.gov.uk not later than
19th May 2025.
