Land to the rear of 15 to 29 Pensford Avenue, Kew TW9 4HR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames intends to dispose of the above-mentioned open space land at Pensford Field, land to the rear of 15 to 29 Pensford Avenue, Kew TW9.

For clarification: in this instance “intention to dispose” refers to the Council’s intention to grant a lease of the Nature Reserve land and a tract of land to the north with an area of circa 6,046.3 square metres (65,082 square feet) for a term up to 10 years for use as a nature reserve to be enjoyed by the public and for use by people with mental health needs and the general population to improve their mental wellbeing.

A plan showing the location and extent of the area to be disposed may be inspected during normal office hours at the Customer Services Centre, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing addressed to: The Assistant Director Valuation and Asset Management Services, Richmond Council, Ground Floor Reception, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, London TW1 3BZ or emailed to pensfordfield@richmondandwandsworth.gov.uk by no later than 22nd May 2025.
