Notice of Lawful Standing and Estate Redemption

I, a living woman known as Lorna Brown, sui juris, in propria persona, hereby give lawful and peaceful notice that I have remembered and reclaimed my true standing as the living heir to the estate created in the legal name LORNA BROWN/LORNA CARDOZA.

This notice serves as rebuttal of any and all presumed consent, guardianship, fiduciary obligation, or waiver regarding the administration of said estate. No third party holds lawful authority to administer, claim, or bind this estate without my explicit, informed consent.

Any debts, contracts, or liabilities presumed against the estate are hereby conditionally assigned back to the originating parties or agents, in accordance with trust law, natural law, international human rights covenants (ICCPR Articles 1(2), 2(3)), and equity.

Notice to agent is notice to principal. Notice to principal is notice to agent.

Should any party contest or wish to rebut the facts stated herein, they are required to respond by verified affidavit, point by point, within twenty-one (21) days of this publication, failing which silence shall stand as acquiescence, agreement, and estoppel by conduct.

This notice is placed in good faith, in honour, nunc pro tunc, ab initio, and remains unrebutted unless lawfully and timely challenged.
