DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Bexley (the Council) in exercise of their powers under section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980) intend to dispose of land within the London Borough of Bexley by way of lease together with such necessary rights for pedestrian and vehicular access and utility rights as follows:
Land at Hodsoll Road (Scout Hut), Belvedere DA17 5JA, as shown coloured red on the plan numbered BVS8032, which land extends to approximately 752.76 square metres. The land is to be disposed of for a term of 7 years to the Trustees of 4th Erith (All Saints) Scout Group.
Danson Park Playground Kiosk, Changing Room Pavilion, Danson Park, Bexleyheath DA6 8HL, as shown coloured red/hatched blue and labelled on the plan numbered GRO29N, which land extends to approximately 407.93 square metres. The land is to be disposed of for a term of 5 years.
The location plans for these areas of land are available for inspection on request by telephoning 020 3045 5121 (ref: RC) between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday or by emailing legal.servicesenquiries@bexley.gov.uk
Any objection with respect to the proposed disposals must be made in writing and sent to the Deputy Director of Legal and Democratic Services of the London Borough of Bexley, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT to be received on or before 5:00pm on 21st May 2025 and should state the grounds on which they are made.
