THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY (PUBLIC FOOTPATH AT PETLEYS FARM, LANDWAY, DOWNE) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 1ST APRIL 2025
The above Order, made on 1st April 2025, if confirmed, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the public footpath in the ward of Darwin commencing at Luxted Road, Downe commencing at Grid Reference TQ 4308 6157 and running in a generally westerly direction along an enclosed lane for a distance of approximately 610 metres to its junction with Public Footpath 232 at Grid Reference TQ 4249 6161 as shown on Plan 1 attached to the Order.
A copy of the Order and Order Maps may be seen free of charge at Bromley Council, Civic Centre, Churchill Court, Bromley BR1 1AS from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and maps may be bought from there at a cost of £10.
Any representation or objection to the order must be sent in writing to Chloe Houghton, Highways Development Engineer, Place Department, Bromley Council, Civic Centre, Churchill Court, Bromley BR1 1AS not later than 29th May 2025, and applicants are requested to state the grounds upon which the objection is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Bromley, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with it.
