Malvern, Variation Of Licence Fees For Hackney Carriage & Private Hire

LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976
FEES FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE LICENCES AND FOR PRIVATE HIRE OPERATOR’S LICENCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Malvern Hills District Council proposes to vary the level of fees for the licences referred to above, with effect from 16th May 2025.
The proposed level of fees are:

| Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicle Licence (new and renewal) | £333.00 |
| Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicle Licence (temporary licence) | £250.00 |
| Fully Electric Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Vehicle Licence (new and renewal) | £0.00 |
| Private Hire Operator’s Licence (5-year licence) (up to 3 vehicles) | £854.00 |
| Private Hire Operator’s Licence (5-year licence) (over 3 vehicles) | £971.00 |
