An action has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Leo Gerard McPhillips, Pursuer, calling as a Defender Mary White McPhillips or Alexander whose last known address was 34 Netherplace Road, Pollock, G53 5AH. The Sheriff on the Motion of the Pursuer there being no appearance on or behalf of the Defender assigns 14th May 2025 at 9.30am as a further peremptory diet to call in person within Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA and ordains the Defender to appear or be represented at the said diet by personal appearance under certification that if she fails to do so decree with expenses may be awarded against her.
