Riverside Hotel, Ilkley, Notice of Intention to Dispose of Car Parking Area and Open Land

NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of a car parking area shown edged red on the plan located at Riverside Hotel Ilkley which parking spaces are open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, and which forms part of land registered with Land Registry under Title No. WYK910410.

The plan showing the parking spaces (edged red) intended for disposal and being located at the Riverside Hotel, Ilkley may be viewed on the Council’s website at:

A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or at 1st Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for a copy to be provided. Please quote reference EMPOS/Riverside.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either EMPOS@bradford.gov.uk or to Estate Management, 1st Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HZ quoting reference EMPOS/Riverside no later than 12 noon on 29 April 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
