Notice of Coming into Operation of Public Path Diversion Order
The Cornwall Council Public Footpath No. 3 Colan (Trevithick Manor Farm) Public Path Diversion Order 2018 (as varied by ‘The Cornwall Council Public Footpath No. 3 Colan (Trevithick Manor Farm) Varying Order 2024’)
On 17 March 2025 Cornwall Council issued a certificate in accordance with section 119(3)(b) of the Highways Act 1980 to certify that work had been carried out to bring the site of the new footpath described in part 2 of the Schedule to the Order into a fit condition for use by the public. Therefore, as from 17 March 2025, the Order is in operation and the footpath described in part 1 of the Schedule to the Order no longer subsists as a highway.
