Poole Water Recycling and Transfer Project

SPRING 2025 CONSULTATION

This is a notice for the upcoming public consultation for the Poole Water Recycling and Transfer Project, promoted by West Country Water and Environment (WCWE).

As we face the challenges of climate change and a growing population, we must find new and sustainable ways to secure our water supply while protecting the environment.

To help us plan for the future, WCWE, a group including Bournemouth Water, South West Water, Wessex Water and Bristol Water, will deliver the Poole Water Recycling and Transfer Project.

We will consult on our proposals from 23 April to 21 May 2025. There will be two public drop-in events, where you can learn about the project, ask questions, view our consultation documents, and leave feedback. Documents will also be available at three deposit locations. These are information hubs where hard copies of the consultation documents will be available to view and take away.
