The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010.
A new schedule of Building Control charges will come into effect on the 5th May 2025.
The new charges can be viewed at the Building Control Section, Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. SA61 1TP.
