STREET TRADING CHARGES 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 32 (7) of the London Local Authorities Act 1990 (as amended) that Islington Council proposes that, from 1 July 2025 the fees and charges payable by licensed street traders under Section 32 of the London Local Authorities Act 1990 shall be revised. We are seeking your opinion on new proposed fees, as well as any alternatives you believe we should consider.

The consultation closes on 27 April 2025. The proposal will be considered by the Licensing Regulatory Committee on 9 June 2025 at Islington Town Hall at 6:30 pm.
