LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

LAND AT BRIDGE STREET, ABERGELE, CONWY, LL22 7HA

(‘the Property’)

Notice is hereby given that under the Local Government Act 1972 Section 123 (2A), that Conwy County Borough Council (‘the Council’) intends to dispose of the Property. The affected Property is located off Bridge Street, Abergele, LL22 7HA.

The affected Property to be disposed of will be by way of a freehold disposal.

The Property is shown for the purpose of identification only shaded blue on a plan which may be obtained by sending a request by e-mail to estates@conwy.gov.uk and a copy of this Notice together with the plan showing the location of the Property is available for inspection at the Council Offices, Coed Pella Reception, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL30 9GN.
