Statutory Notice
To all members of Bentley Road Sports & Social Club
Take notice for and on behalf of Bentley Road Sports & Social Club, 23 Bentley Road, Nuneaton, Warwickshire (“the Club”) that the Club ceased trading with effect from September 2021.
Please be advised that any member who wishes to take part in proceedings for recovery/distribution of funds realized upon the disposal of assets of the above Club are to contact Andy Gadsby at agadsby42@hotmail.co.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice and forward proof of membership to p.tracy@cockslloyd.co.uk.
Any member or creditor who has not already registered their interest should do so in writing with the President, Mr A Gadsby by e.mail to gadsby42@hotmail.co.uk by 5.00pm on 23rd April, 2025.
All responses are to provide full contact details including name, address telephone number and email address.
Any notice received after the above date may be disregarded as null and void.
