NOTICE UNDER SECTION 38 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE ACT 1992 COUNCIL TAX 2025-2026

Wigan Council, in accordance with Section 30 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, has set the following amounts of Council Tax for the financial year commencing 1st April 2025 for each category of dwelling in its area.
