THE BUILDING (LOCAL AUTHORITY CHARGES)
REGULATIONS 2010 BUILDING CONTROL CHARGES SCHEME NO. 27
In accordance with regulation 12(1) of the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010, notice is hereby given that the Council has revised its Building Control Charges Scheme in connection with performance of the function relating to Building Regulations Scheme No.27 comes into effect on the 1 April 2025.
A copy of the Spelthorne Borough Council Building Control Charges Scheme No.27 will be available for inspection from the 28 March 2025 at www.spelthorne.gov.uk/buildingcontrol.
