NOTICE OF DIFFERENTIAL RATING ORDER 2025
Land Drainage Act 1991: Section 38(1)(a)


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Level District Internal Drainage Board​ has made and submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, for confirmation by him an Order under Section 38(1)(a) of the Land Drainage Act 1991 to make/revoke a Differential Rating Order.

 DURING A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH from the date of publication of this Notice a copy of the said 2025 Order [including a copy of the map delineating the sub-districts] will be deposited at the office of the Clerk to the Board at North Level District Internal Drainage Board, Station Road, Thorney, Peterborough PE6 0QE and will be open to public inspection between the hours of 08:30 am and 04:30 pm on any weekday (Monday to Friday).

 Any representations in respect of the Order may be made to the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) preferably by email to flood.reports@defra.gov.uk, or in writing, if email is unavailable, to Defra, FCERM, Ground Floor, Seacole Building, 2 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DF.
