What is happening?

PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND AT THE END OF CURZON ROAD, CHILTON INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, SUDBURY CO10 2XD. LEASE OF LAND TO AMP CLEAN ENERGY.

Local Government Act 1972 Section 123.

Land at the end of Curzon Road, Chilton Industrial Estate, Sudbury CO10 2XD - for lease.

Notice is hereby given that Babergh District Council proposes to lease open space at Chilton Industrial Estate, Sudbury to AMP Clean Energy for use as a Battery Box site.
