On 6 March 2025, a petition was presented to Dunoon Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty's Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that THE INVERARAY INN LIMITED, 1 Main Street East, Inveraray, Argyll, PA32 8TT (registered office) (company registration number SC273963) be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator. All parties claiming an interest must lodge Answers with Dunoon Sheriff Court, George Street, Dunoon, PA23 8BQ within 8 days of intimation, service and advertisement.
