HYSBYSIR dwy hwy bod Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu, wedi i’r cyfnod isod ddod i ben, gwerthu tir a welir yn Middle Park, Dinbych, Sir Ddinbych sydd oddeutu 0.09 o erwau ac sy’n rhan o fan agored a ddefnyddir at ddibenion hamdden cyhoeddus. Mae’r Cyngor hefyd yn bwriadu rhoi hawddfraint i wasanaethau dros oddeutu 0.084 o erwau sy’n rhan o fan agored a ddefnyddir at ddibenion hamdden cyhoeddus. Bwriedir gwerthu’r safle i Glwb Pêl-droed Tref Dinbych fel y gall y clwb barhau i ddefnyddio’r safle ar gyfer hawliau mynediad cysylltiedig dros y tir cyfoes sy’n eiddo i’r Cyngor.

DISPOSAL OF LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council intends after the expiry of the period below to dispose of the land known as Middle Park, Denbigh, Denbighshire 0.09 acres or thereabouts and which forms part of an open space used for the purposes of public recreation. The Council also intends to grant an easement for services over 0.084 acres or thereabouts and which forms part of an open space used for the purposes of public recreation. The proposed use of the site is for a disposal to Denbigh Town Football Club to permit the current use by the Club to continue together with associated rights of access over the adjoining Council owned land.

Plans of the said land will be kept at the offices of the Head of Service, Corporate Support Services: People, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, Denbighshire LL15 1YN for the period mentioned below. A request for a copy of the plans may be made by e-mail to legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk.

Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to the Head of Service, Corporate Support Services: People at the address below or may be made by e-mail to legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
