(VARIATION NO.7) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that SWALE BOROUGH COUNCIL intend to make the above Order under section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, having obtained the consent of the Kent County Council in accordance with Section 39(3) of the Act, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act -
The Order will;
(i) Revise the current Tariffs as follows: –

• Season tickets per month/quarter are allocated to a specific town.

Copies of the proposed Orders, any Orders which will be amended by the proposed Orders, a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Orders and indicating the location and effect may be examined at the Reception Desk, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT between 10.00am and 12.00 Mid-day from Friday 14th March 2025.
If you wish to object to a proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to the Parking Services Manager quoting the name of the Order to, Swale House, East Street Sittingbourne Kent ME10 3HT by 12 noon on Friday 4th April 2025. Indications of support for the proposals are welcome and should be sent to the same address.
