What is happening?

NOTICE is hereby given that Torbay Council in exercise of its powers under section
63 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 proposes to
appoint a new stand for the use of hackney carriages as detailed in the schedule
below.
Any written objections or representations should be sent in writing or by email to the
undersigned by no later than 28 days following the publication of this notice.
SCHEDULE
PROPOSALS FOR THE CREATION OF A NEW HACKNEY CARRIAGE STAND
Create a new 3 car (24 hour) stand at Vaughan Road, Torquay
Maps and associated information may be viewed at
www.torbay.gov.uk/parking/tro/torquay-tros/
A hard copy will be provided on request from Licensing Department, Town Hall,
Castle Circus, Torquay TQ1 3DR on any weekday during the usual office hours.
