Local Government Finance Act 1992 Council Tax 2025/2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with Section 30(2) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, Erewash Borough Council, at a Meeting held on 6 March 2025, set the amounts of Council Tax shown in the Schedule below for each part of the Councils’ area for the financial year commencing 1 April 2025 payable for each valuation band.
