NOTICE OF COUNCIL TAX CHARGES 2025-26
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with section 93 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, Maldon District Council, on 13 February 2025, set the following amounts of Council Tax for the year 2025-26 (commencing 1st April 2025) for each of the categories of dwellings shown below.

NOTICE OF COUNCIL TAX CHARGES 2025-2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Maldon District Council has determined that, in accordance with Section 11c of The Local Government Finance Act 1992 (inserted by the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2023), for the year commencing 1 April 2025, a 100% premium will be levied for Second Homes (Dwellings Occupied Periodically – where there is no resident of the dwelling and the dwelling is substantially furnished).
