NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 38 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 that the Council of the Borough of Darlington has pursuant to the provisions of Section 30 of the said Act of 1992 set the following amounts of Council Tax for the year commencing 1st April 2025 for each of the categories of dwellings shown below:
