TO the Respondent named above

WHEREAS the Applicant has filed an application for Sole custody and sole guardianship for a minor child.

AND the High Court granted leave to the Applicant to serve the application to you by Publication of a shortened form of the application once in any newspaper circulating in Southampton, United Kingdom.

NOW THEREAFTER TAKE NOTICE that if you wish to defend the matter you are required to file a notice of opposition in the High Court at Harare within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice giving an address of service within five (5) kilometers radius of the aforesaid Court.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that in default of your appearance the Applicant’s claim for sole custody and sole guardianship will be heard by the court without further notice to you or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Copies of the Application can be obtained upon request from the Plaintiff’s Legal practitioners Messrs. Zigomo and Musarira Law, 4 Knightonwood Close, Mt Pleasant, Harare or through the electronic platform (IECMS).
