(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT & CONSOLIDATION) VARIATION ORDER 2018-01
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Traffic Management Act 2004 the City of Lincoln Council intends to amend the charges for car parking payable under the (Civil Enforcement & Consolidation) Order 2018-01 with effect from midnight on 1 April 2023.
The current and proposed charges are as follows:
