What is happening?

PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF LAND AT BEAUMONT PARK, RED HILL ROAD, HADLEIGH, IP7 6BS. LEASE OF LAND TO AMP CLEAN ENERGY.

Local Government Act 1972 Section 123 Land at Beaumont Park, Red Hill Road, Hadleigh, IP7 6BS - for Lease.

Notice is hereby given that Babergh District Council proposes to lease open space at Red Hill Road, Hadleigh to AMP Clean Energy for use as a Battery Box site.
