NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dover District Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 35C & 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and in accordance with the regulations made by the Secretary of State (The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations Act 1996) and of all other enabling powers, hereby give notice that is to vary the current parking tariffs for ‘Pay and Display’ off–street parking in Schedules 2, 5, 9 & 11 of the Dover District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2020. The Schedules will, from 1 st April 2025, be varied as follows: -

A copy of the Notice of Tariff Changes, and any Orders which will be amended by the proposed Order may be examined at the Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover, Kent CT16 3PJ during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Notice or of any of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made there under has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Notice was published, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
