Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr yn bwriadu gwaredu budd trwy roi’r parsel o dir uchod sydd yn cynnwys ‘man agored cyhoeddus’ ar brydles am 35 mlynedd. Mae cynllun lleoliad y parsel o dir i’w waredu ar gael i’w archwilio gan aelodau o’r cyhoedd yn Adran Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr yn y cyfeiriad isod yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol y Cyngor neu gellir ei weld ar wefan y Cyngor (cyf. PRO003-1996). Rhaid gwneud unrhyw wrthwynebiadau i’r gwaredu arfaethedig yn ysgrifenedig erbyn 27 Chwefror 2025 fan bellaf, a’u cyfeirio at y Prif Swyddog – Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol a Rheoliadol, Adnoddau Dynol a Pholisi Corfforaethol yn y cyfeiriad isod.

SECTION 123(1) & SECTION 123(2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 LLYS GWYN PLAYGROUND, PENDRE, BRIDGEND TO COITY HIGHER COMMUNITY COUNCIL
NOTICE is hereby given that Bridgend County Borough Council intends to dispose of an interest by way of the grant of a lease for a term of 35 years of the above parcel of land which comprises ‘public open space.’ A location plan of the parcel of land to be disposed of is available for inspection by members of the public at the Legal Services Department of Bridgend County Borough Council at the address given below during the Council’s normal office hours or can be viewed on the Council’s website (ref. PRO003-1996). Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing by no later than 27 February 2025 and addressed to the Chief Officer – Legal and Regulatory Services, Human Resources and Corporate Policy at the address given below.
