Shipley, Proposed Disposal Of Open Space Land

NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land known as land on the south side of Saltaire Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire BD18 3AX currently forming part of Park Street Recreation Space, Saltaire, Shipley which is registered with Land Registry under Title No. WYK913698 and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972. The plan showing the open space being the land on the south side of Saltaire Road, Shipley, West Yorkshire BD18 3AX that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed on the Council's web site at: www.bradford.gov.uk/lossofopenspace.
