Proposed New Byelaw
Made Under Section 12 And Section 15 Of The Open Spaces Act 1906
Notice is hereby given that Teignbridge District Council intends to make new byelaws for Bakers Park, Courtenay Park, Forde Park, Osborne Park and Powderham Park (all in Newton Abbot), so that no person shall without reasonable excuse ride a cycle in the ground except in any part of the ground where there is a right of way for cycles or on a designated route for cycling.
A copy of the proposed byelaws and the related byelaw report will be available from Thursday 6 February 2025 until Friday 7 March 2025, at the offices of Teignbridge District Council at Reception, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4XX.
The opening hours of Reception are 9am – 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am – 5pm on Wednesdays, and 9am – 4.30pm on Fridays.
