APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE FOR MILFORD HAVEN PORT AUTHORITY JETTY IMPROVEMENTS

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Milford Haven Port Authority has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence for Milford Haven Port Authority Jetty Improvements.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing to:

Natural Resources Wales, Marine Licensing Team, Welsh Government Offices, Caspian Park, King Edward VII Avenue, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, or e-mail: marinelicensing@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice, quoting reference: CML2484.

In your representation/objection please include an email or postal address to which correspondence may be sent.

Please be aware that representations received will be shared with the applicant and may be made publicly available, after redacting personal details in line with General Data Protection Regulation.

Hysbysir drwy hyn, yn unol â Rhan 4, Pennod 1, Adran 68, Deddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009, fod Awdurdod Porthladd Aberdaugleddau wedi cyflwyno cais i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, ar weithredu ar ran yr Awdurdod Trwyddedu, am drwydded forol ar gyfer Awdurdod Porthladd Aberdaugleddau Gwelliannau i’r Lanfa.
