Notice under Section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925

Graham Tennant Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme.

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were members of the Graham Tennant Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (‘the Scheme’) that the Scheme entered a Pension Protection Fund (‘PPF’) Assessment Period for potential admittance into the PPF. Following the PPF Assessment Period should the Scheme not transfer to the PPF, members’ benefits will be secured with an insurance company. Under either scenario the Scheme will then be wound up.

The Trustee believes that all members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and members announcements have been sent to all members for who the Scheme holds an address.

If you were a member of the Scheme or otherwise believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme and you have not received any announcements relating to the Scheme or been contacted the Scheme’s administrators, Barnett Waddingham LLP, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address, particulars of membership of, or other claim on, the Scheme to:
