Effaith y gorchymyn fel y cadarnhawyd yw dargyfeirio’r llwybr troed yn Ysgol Cedewain, Lôn y Blanigfa, Y Drenewydd sy’n rhedeg o SO 1006,9045 i SO 0998,9031 i linell sy’n rhedeg o SO 1006,9045 i SO 1008,9040 i SO 1009, 9038 ac yna i SO 1002, 9029 fel y dangosir ar fap y Gorchymyn.

Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 14 Tachwedd 2024 sef y dyddiad yr ardystiodd Cyngor Sir Powys y cydymffurfiaeth â thelerau Erthygl 2 o’r gorchymyn ond os bydd unigolyn a dramgwyddwyd gan y gorchymyn am gwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd neu ddilysrwydd unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau’r Ddeddf, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed oddi tano mewn perthynas â chadarnhau’r Gorchymyn, caiff wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at unrhyw un o’r dibenion hyn o dan Adran 287 o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 o fewn chwe wythnos i’r dyddiad y cyhoeddir yr hysbysiad am y tro cyntaf fel sy’n ofynnol gan baragraff 7 o Atodlen 14 o’r dyddiad y cyhoeddir yr hysbysiad am y tro cyntaf fel sy’n ofynnol gan baragraff 7 o Atodlen 14 y Ddeddf honno.

Notice of Confirmation of Public Path Order

Powys County Council
The Powys County Council (Diversion of part of Public Footpath N1 in the Community of Newtown & Llanwchaiarn) Public Path Diversion Order 2022
On 17/12/2024 Powys County Council confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert the footpath at Ysgol Cedewain, Plantation Lane, Newtown running from SO 1006,9045 to SO 0998,9031 to a line running from SO 1006,9045 to SO 1008,9040 to SO 1009, 9038 and then to SO 1002, 9029 as shown on the Order map.

The Order came into force on the 14 November 2024 the date on which Powys County Council certified that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
