PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT MAGDALEN ROAD, BLURTON, STOKE-ON-TRENT, ST3 3HS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (1), (2A) of the above Act that Stoke-on-Trent City Council intends to dispose of the land described in the Schedule below. It is intended that the disposal will be by way of outright sale of the freehold.
Any objections to the disposals should be made in writing and addressed to Housing Development, Floor 3, Civic Centre, Glebe Street, ST4 1HH and must be received by no later than 18th February 2025.
SCHEDULE
Approximately 10.8 acres being land at Magdalen Road, Blurton, ST3 3HS.
A plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question can be inspected at the Civic Centre, Glebe Street, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 1HH during normal office hours.
