Podsmead, Gloucester - Intends To Dispose of Open Space Land For Purpose of A Residential Development
What is happening?

Land at Podsmead, Gloucester
Notice is hereby given that Gloucester City Council intends to dispose of land having an area of approximately 3.17 hectares being land at Podsmead, Gloucester which forms part of a public open space.
The land will be sold for the purpose of a residential development with ancillary shops and services. Plans identifying the land can be requested from Melloney.Smith@Gloucester.gov.uk
Any person wishing to object to the intended appropriation should do so in writing to Shahzia Daya at the address below specifying the grounds on which their objection is made by not later than 9.00am on 6 February 2025.
Any objections received will be referred to the Council’s Cabinet for consideration before it makes its decision whether or not to proceed with the disposal.
