What is happening?

NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Notice is hereby given that East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Public Protection Enforcement policy is now open for public consultation. The policy sets out the council’s approach to dealing with compliance and enforcement of statutory duties in relation to Food Services & Animal Health, Health, Safety and Licensing Services, Trading Standards, Private Sector Housing and Environmental Control Services including Dog Wardens and Pest Control.

Any person wishing to view the revised policy may do so by visiting: https://consultation.eastriding.gov.ulds/ Public-Protection-enforcement-policy-feedback/ All comments must be made no later than 31 January 2025.
