NOTICE OF MAKING OF DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for Oxfordshire Rollright Footpath No. 20 Modification Order 2024

The above Order made on the 16 December 2024, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and | Statement for the area by: -

Adding to them the public footpath from Bridleway No. 8 on the south side of the unclassified highway as shown on the List of Streets at grid reference SP 3189 3176, running south west for 347 metres to SP 3157 3163 and then eastwards for 686 metres to Bridleway No. 8 at SP 3223 3154. A copy of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be: -

The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for Oxfordshire Stanton Harcourt Footpath No. 8 (part) Modification Order 2024

The above Order made on the 16 December 2024, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: -

Adding to them the public footpath from Sutton Lane at grid reference SP 4204 0620 running southwards along Duck End Lane to the existing western end of Stanton Harcourt Footpath No. 8 at SP 4204 0617. A copy of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be: -

Any representation or objection relating to either order must be sent in writing to Countryside Access Legal, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, Oxford OX1 1ND, or countrysideaccesslegal@oxfordshire.gov.uk not later than 28 February 2025 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to an order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
