  1. The council has made The Borough Council of Sandwell (Off-Street

Parking Places Order) (Sandwell Council House, Church Street, Oldbury) 2025 introducing the following:-

1. Introducing parking charges at Sandwell Council House, Church Street Car Park, Oldbury. Charges payable Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm.

For zero emission electric vehicles a 50% reduction in Season Ticket B prices will apply.

Councillor Permits only valid at Sandwell Council House Church Street Car Park, Oldbury.

The order was made on 16/01/2025 and shall come into operation on

20/01/2025. Full details may be examined at: Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 3DE during normal office hours and on the council’s website. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the order on the grounds that any aspect of the relevant legislation has not been complied with, can apply to the High Court by 27/02/2025.
