LAND ON THE NORTH-WEST SIDE OF FOX ELMS ROAD, TUFFLEY, GLOUCESTER DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE BY WAY OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLOUCESTER intends to dispose by way of sale of a parcel of land having an approximate area of 0.85 hectares forming part of the public open space situate at land on the north-west side of Fox Elms Road, Tuffley, Gloucester for use as a garden.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to MELLONEY SMITH, GLOUCESTER CITY COUNCIL, NORTH WAREHOUSE, THE DOCKS GLOUCESTER GL1 2FB specifying the grounds on which the objection is made by no later than 9:00 am on 31 January 2025.
Any objections received will be referred to the Council’s Cabinet for consideration before it makes its decision whether or not to proceed with the disposal.
