What is happening?

MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

MARRIAGES (APPROVED PREMISES) REGULATIONS 1995 AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004

Notice is given that the Council is considering a proposal to issue a licence to use Petro, the Kitchen and the Woodshed at Penhein Glamping, Penhein, Llanvair Discoed, Chepstow NP16 6RB in which to conduct civil marriages and/or civil partnership registrations.

The application and plan can be inspected at the Register Office, Monmouthshire County Council, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA.

Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the grant of an approval, with reasons, within 21 days of the date of this publication.

The objection should be sent to the undersigned at Monmouthshire County Council, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA.
