COUNCIL TAX PREMIUM FOR LONG-TERM EMPTY PROPERTIES IN PEMBROKESHIRE

Under the provisions of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, Pembrokeshire County Council decided on 12 December 2024, to continue the premium for properties that have been unoccupied and unfurnished for more than two years and to charge a premium as follows:

  • A council tax premium of 300% will apply to properties that have been empty for two years or more.

The premium is in addition to the standard 100% rate of council tax from 1 April 2025.

O dan ddarpariaethau Deddf Tai (Cymru) 2014, penderfynodd Cyngor Sir Penfro, ar 12 Rhagfyr 2024, i barhau â’r premiwm ar gyfer eiddo sydd wedi bod yn wag a heb ddodrefn am fwy na dwy flynedd ac i godi premiwm fel a ganlyn:

  • Bydd premiwm treth gyngor o 300% yn berthnasol i eiddo sydd wedi bod yn wag ers dwy flynedd neu fwy.

Mae’r premiwm yn ychwanegol at y gyfradd safonol o 100% ar gyfer y dreth gyngor o 1 Ebrill 2025.
